LOTTE HIMART

The Ethical Management Team of Lotte HIMART has the responsibility to protect the identity of anyone who reports an unethical practice, whether they are employees of Lotte HIMART or not. As such, it has the right to restrict access to information pertaining to a reported unfair practice by third-party persons and entities, and shall strive to protect the personal information of all parties involved.

The responsibility for verifying a claim made by a reporter lies with the person or entity against whom the claim is made. Where the claim made by a reporter is unclear, it is the reporter's responsibility to verify their claim.

An employee of Lotte HIMART who voluntarily reports their own unethical behavior to make amends for their wrongdoing can be exempt from penalty.

An employee of Lotte HIMART exposed to an instance of unethical practice by any entity or employee of LOTTE HIMART or who receives a proposal to partake in an instance of unethical practice from any entity or employee of Lotte HIMART shall notify the Ethical Management Team.

An employee of Lotte HIMART shall not incur any disadvantage for refusing a superior's demand to engage in unethical practice. Any employee of Lotte HIMART who incurs a disadvantage in such a manner can request the Ethical Management Team for corrective and protective measures.
