    Reporting of a Lotte HIMART employee's unethical practice by a Lotte HIMART employee, partner company's employee, customer, or stockholder. Suggestion for improved practice for better social responsibility.

  • 2. Personal Information Collected
    • Required information: Customer (company) name, mobile phone number, email address, password (anonymous reports may not allow for a full investigation)
  • 3. Period of retention and use of personal information

    The company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of related laws for any of the reasons below, information will be retained for the specified period.
